SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER

 

Se há um restaurante que abre, nós estamos lá!!!

 

O lema é estarmos actualizados, e desta forma, mais um jantar convívio se realizou. É certo que não precisamos de desculpa para degustarmos juntos, no entanto, e por causa de uma carrinha van, que a Sumol tem como porta-guardanapos, ontem lá nos deliciámos com um manjar dos deuses.

Entre pão molhado em azeite e maçã caramelizada com moura, a entrada estava divinal (nunca pensei que a maça com a moura combinasse tão bem). Como pratos principais, o restaurante Regresso, em plena marginal de Vila Real, a variedade é muita, contudo, não conseguimos resistir aos legumes à Brás, nem ao folhado de lavagante. Lógico que com sede nada disto caía bem, e sabermos que havia sangria (neste caso de espumante), cuja bebida já há muito não saboreávamos, foi um presente dos céus.

Devem estar a pensar...parece tudo muito gourmet, passaram fome...nada disso, antes pelo contrário, vi-me grega para comer todo o meu folhado!!

Tenho a certeza de que este jantar no restaurante Regresso, foi o primeiro de muitos!!!

 

Finalizado o manjar, e como a cidade de Vila Real está a virar Nova Iorque e não dorme, acabámos o convívio na zona histórica, em frente à Capela Nova, ao som de Jáfumega.
